These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Mohaisen Tech ("we", "us", "our") for the Prepio app and related services (the "Service"). By downloading or using Prepio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Prepio is an independent study aid that provides revision notes, guided lessons, practice questions, past-paper and mock-exam style content, and progress tracking for IGCSE, GCSE and IB exam preparation.
The Service is intended for secondary-school students. If you are a minor under the age of majority or digital consent in your country, you may use Prepio only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Prepio starts as an anonymous guest and can be linked to an Apple or Google account to save your progress. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
Prepio offers optional paid products, purchased and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play:
Some features are free and may be supported by advertising for non-paying users. Buying Premium or Remove Ads removes ads. You may also unlock certain content for a session by watching a rewarded ad.
You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, or redistribute the content; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; (c) interfere with its security or operation; or (d) use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
All content in Prepio is original study material created by or licensed to Mohaisen Tech and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own exam preparation. Prepio is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cambridge Assessment International Education, Pearson Edexcel, or the International Baccalaureate Organization. IGCSE, IB and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
Prepio is a study aid, not an official exam resource, and does not guarantee any grade or exam outcome. Content — including AI-assisted explanations and feedback — may contain errors and should be checked against your official syllabus and materials. You are responsible for complying with your school's and exam board's academic-integrity rules.
The Service relies on third parties (including Apple, Google, and Firebase) that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohaisen Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or exam outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict -of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
